Watch new music video from Muse

New album from Muse called The 2nd Law is officially out today in the US and was released yesterday (October 1) in the UK. This record was probably the most anticipated record of the fall and even of the whole year.

Everybody could hear the album in its entirety because it was streamed couple of weeks ahead of its release. And even though many people were afraid of their new dubstep direction, it actually works. The album is fresh and fun. The only thing about the album, which I don't like is probably lack of consistency. But I think that everybody knows that Muse is just all over the place with their sound so nobody really expects consistency of their albums anymore.

Today, they revealed new music video for the track called "The 2nd Law: Isolated System". It is second part of "The 2nd Law" songs, which are at the end of the album. The music video, as well as music, is continuation of "The 2nd Law: Unsustainable". Check them both below.

Metallica honor late bassist

Bass player Cliff Burton was member of Metallica since 1983, when their debut Kill 'Em All came out. He died in a tour bus accident in Europe on September 27, 1986. It was a huge loss for the band. However, they were able to get up and make great music even after Cliff's death. He was replaced with Jason Newsted who was kicked out of the band in 2001. Since then, Metallica's bass player post was held by ex-Suicidal Tendencies Robert Trujillo.

To remember late bassist, Metallica gave away 1984 show as a free download. It is an hour long concert that band played in Toulouse, France in November 1984.

Metallica posted on their Facebook on September 27, 2012 photo of Cliff Burton with a caption "We miss you". Then they added "While you're remembering Cliff on the 26th anniversary of his passing, give a listen to this free download from the 'Ride The Lightning' tour."

You can download the show here.
