Song of the day: Vampire Weekend - "A-Punk"

Metallica to release regular album after Lulu

Metallica`s collaborative album with Lou Reed, Lulu, comes out next week. However, the bassist Robert Trujillo told Gulf News that they have started working on regular Metallica album.

He said:

"We've been busy writing and recording." We've got a couple of new songs we have been working on the past couple of weeks. The writing process for the new Metallica album has begun. We've been in the studio with Rick Rubin, working on a couple of things, and we're going to be recording during the most of next year. We've got a lot of work ahead of us."

Most of the Metallica fans who have heard Lulu (you can stream it on loureedmetallica.com) are actually unsatisfied with the album, therefore, this is probably a good news for those who dislike Lulu.
