Watch: Green Day - "Stay The Night"

I know that I write about Green Day a lot lately. But it won't probably change in near future because there is just too much hype about this band these days - their upcoming album trilogy, today's release of ;Uno! or Billie Joe Armstrong's recent meltdown are all pretty hot news in music world.

Last Friday, they also revealed new music video for track called "Stay The Night". It obviously comes from ;Uno!. You can now check it out below.

Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong enters rehab after recent on-stage meltdown

Green Day's ninth studio album and also first album of their ;Uno! ;Dos! ;Tré! album trilogy - ;Uno!, is out today (September 24). For me, the album is really good. It's got variety of different sounding songs, which in the end fit together really well. It's got faster, old-school Green Day sounding songs such as "Nuclear Family" or "Let Yourself Go". But there are also songs with new Green Day sound on the album - "Oh Love" or "Kill The DJ".

It is shame though that release of this LP overshadowed other news. Last Friday (November 21), Green Day performed at iHeart Radio Festival alongside artists like Taylor Swift, Pink, Rihanna, and Swedish House Mafia (I don't even know why they played this "festival" but that doesn't really matter now). During their set, frontman of the band Billie Joe Armstrong got really pissed and smashed his guitar because apparently their 45-minute set was cut short so Usher could play longer.

I don't know if Billie Joe's loss of his shit was acted or not, but this is what he said:

"Oh, fuck this shit. I’m gonna play a fucking new song. Fuck this shit. Give me a fucking break. One minute left. One minute fucking left. You’re gonna give me one fucking minute? Look at that fucking sign right there — one minute. Let me fucking tell you something, let me tell you something, I’ve been around since fucking 198-fucking-8. And you’re gonna give me one fucking minute? You’ve gotta be fucking kidding me! You’re fucking kidding me. What the fuck! I’m not fucking Justin Bieber, you motherfuckers. You’ve gotta be fucking joking. This is a fucking joke. I got one minute — one minute left. Oh, now I got nothing left. Let me show you what one fucking minute fucking means. [smashes guitar] One minute. God fucking love you all. We’ll be back."

However, that's not everything. Two days after this incident, Armstrong entered rehab for substance abuse treatment. Obviously, they canceled all upcoming promotional activities.

This is kind of sad because I quite like Billie and his band. I hope he gets well soon.

Listen to Muse's The 2nd Law

Muse are going to release their long-awaited sixth studio album entitled The 2nd Law on October 1 in UK and one day later in the US. They have already revealed three tracks of the album: 2012 Olympic Games official song, "Survival", "The 2nd Law: Unsustainable" and first single of the album, "Madness".

Also, if you want to hear final track of the album - "The 2nd Law: Isolated System", visit connectome.muse.mu where you can also watch pretty cool animation while listening to the song. The track itself is obviously continuation of "The 2nd Law: Unsustainable", but without dubstep elements.

However, that's not everything because you can tonight (September 24) hear the album in its entirety. Just visit their website for more information.

Song of the day: Incubus - "If Not Now, When?"

Awesome band Incubus released their seventh studio album entitled If Not Now, When? last year. This record was little different than their previous albums mainly because it wasn't as heavy. However, it is great record with some heavier tunes as well.

Title track is one of my favorites of this album and you can now watch its performance from Incubus HQ Live concert, which took place in Los Angeles last summer.

It is unbelievable how good singer Brandon Boyd sounds live. His singing skills are just incredible.
