Listen to new song from The Beach Boys

Legendary The Beach Boys are celebrating their 50th anniversary this year. For this occasion, reunited band including all surviving members will released their first record in 15 years. It will be out on June 5.

"That’s Why God Made The Radio" is the first single of the album. You can stream the track below.

Song of the day: The White Stripes - "Icky Thumb"

My favorite track from this band. It's a shame they broke up. However, Jack White's new album is great. Have you heard it yet?

This guitar belongs to Rancid's Tim Armstrong. It is actually pretty old guitar because he used to play on it in band Operation Ivy.

Great classic track.

Listen to new song from Marilyn Manson feat. Johnny Depp

Marilyn Manson will release new record called Born Villain on May 1. It also features bonus track, in which Manson collaborates with Johnny Depp. It is cover song of Carly Simon’s "You’re So Vain". You can listen to the song at the bottom of the post.

You can also watch Depp and Manson perform together at the Revolver Golden Gods Awards in Los Angeles, CA.

Jack White to make a soundtrack

Jack White just recently released his debut solo album Blunderbuss, which is great by the way. However, he is very busy guy and therefore he will make an entire soundtrack for new Disney movie called The Lone Ranger. Johnny Depp is the main star of this movie.

I think that this is exciting news because this soundtrack automatically becomes one of the best soundtracks of 2013.

Producer of movie Jerry Bruckheimer said about White:

"He is an amazing songwriter with a unique style. We’re thrilled to hear his fresh take on the William Tell Overture."

This is first time Jack White will actually score the entire movie. He previously made couple of songs for movies Quantum of Solace and Cold Mountain.

20 years of Rancid

Legendary punk band Rancid si celebrating 20 years of their existence this year. They have released 8 studio records so far and their ninth album is to be expected this year.

They made a short video for this occasion, which you can watch below.

Rancid will also celebrate their anniversary with one-day festival called The Hootenanny. It takes place on July 7 at Oak Canyon. Bunch of punk bands will play the venue. For more info, visit their Web site.

Bassist of Paramore Jeremy Davis recording bass for their new songs. The band is currently working hard on new record, however, it may come out in 2013.

Song of the day: Bridgeheads - "Things"

This is band from Slovakia. They are pretty awesome. However, frontman of the band passed away in 2010. Anyways, their great music stays with us forever.
